We pride ourselves in making unique, quality offerings of organic cheese. Each batch of cheese milk is vat pasteurized. One of our cheeses is made partially with true, sweet buttermilk from our butter churn, yielding the unique flavor reminiscent of the old-fashioned cheese recipes containing buttermilk from yesteryear.
