Calcium Ascorbate is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C, which also supplies some Calcium. The tablets are formulated to provide a gradual release of natural-source Vitamin C and Calcium over a period of 5 to 7 hours. Carlson Mild•C tablets contain Calcium Ascorbate, a buffered form of Vitamin C. There is evidence that the acidity of ascorbic acid may irritate sensitive stomachs. Calcium Ascorbate is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C that is mild in the stomach. |
